Payment for Services
At our practice, we believe your care should be as individualized as your goals. Because every person’s needs, treatment approach, and timeline are different, we prefer to discuss our service options and your investment in your health during a personalized call. During your call, we’ll learn more about what you’re looking to achieve, answer any questions you may have, and help you determine the best path forward.
Courtesy Appointment Reminder
As a courtesy, we provide an appointment reminder the evening before your scheduled visit. While we encourage all patients to manage their own calendars, this reminder serves as an additional support tool to help you stay on track with your appointments. Consistent attendance allows you to make steady progress and receive the full benefit of your care.
Normal Scheduled Visits
Cancellations received after the required deadline, including after-hours cancellations, are subject to a late cancellation fee.
At Focus On Health, we follow a No Exception Policy. Unlike many clinics, we do not double- or triple-book patients. We reserve one appointment time specifically for you to provide the highest quality care. Because your appointment is held exclusively for you, proper notice is required for any cancellation.
Late cancellation fees apply based on the type of visit scheduled:
- 1-hour follow-up visit
- 2-hour specially scheduled appointment block
- ½-hour 2-staff double block
- 1-hour 2-staff double block
Late cancellation payments are due the same day as the cancellation. If the cancellation occurs on a weekend or holiday, payment is due on the next business day. This policy allows us to keep our rates as low as possible while maintaining fairness for all patients.

Special Appointments: 2-Staff Double Visits & 2-Hour Appointment Blocks
Specially reserved appointments require additional notice due to the extended time and staffing involved.
To cancel or reschedule a 2-staff double visit or 2-hour appointment block, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required.
Focus On Health maintains a No Exception Policy for these appointments. These time slots are reserved exclusively for you and often require additional staff scheduling. The policy applies equally to all patients to ensure fairness.
Late cancellation fees must be paid the same day as the cancellation. If the cancellation occurs on a weekend or holiday, payment is due on the next business day.
